If you've been gathering or managing your applicants in Excel files or Google Sheets, uploading them to Breezy is a cinch.
First, you'll need to set your file or sheet up to mirror the four columns that Breezy can map: Name, Email, Phone Number and Summary (usually some free text, like a quick work summary). Breezy will only import these columns.
Next, convert or save that file or sheet as a .csv (Comma Separated Value).
Then, head to the applicable position's Pipeline view. In the right-hand corner, you'll see a blue button to +Add Candidates.
Click +Add Candidates, then choose to which pipeline stage you'd like to send your candidates. A new screen will pop up, and you'll see another blue button on the right to Import from CSV. Click it, choose your applicants' .csv, et voila!
All of your applicants are now visible in your assigned pipeline stage 🎉!
