Breezy’s simple but robust reporting helps you identify the most efficient ways to attract and hire great new teammates. Company-level reports can aggregate data across all positions, while position-level reports examine one position at a time.

Real-time analytics and reporting are available to customers on all paid plans.

Admin permission is required to access company-level reporting.

Hiring Manager permission is required to access position-level reporting.

You can access reports from a couple of places in Breezy:

  • The Reports option in the left sidebar: Admins can access company-level reports, and Hiring Managers can access reports across all positions they’re assigned to.

  • The Reports tab of any position: Admins and Hiring Managers can access position-level reports for the selected position.


Available reports

Once you open the reports page, you’ll see several options listed on the left-hand side. Just click the name of a report to display it on the right side of the page. You can adjust the date range for the report on the dropdown above the list of reports. For company-level reports, you can also specify positions, groups of positions, and saved segments.

  • Overview Report
    A snapshot of high-level company recruiting metrics.

  • Applied Candidates
    Find out where applications are coming from and get a look at candidate quality, based on your team’s scorecard feedback.

  • Get a quick overview of the candidates your team hasn’t been in touch with recently.

  • Sourced Candidates
    See stats on the candidates your team is adding manually, including the quality of candidates.

  • Referred Candidates
    Check the success of your Employee Referral program with details on candidates submitted through the employee portal.

  • Recruited Candidates
    See stats for candidates submitted by external recruiters, including candidate volume and quality.

  • Get a quick overview of the people hired in a certain timeframe, and what positions they were hired for.

  • Pipeline Performance
    Monitor how well candidates are moving through your pipelines, and spot where you might be able to clear some bottlenecks.

  • Time to Fill Report
    See how long it takes candidates to move from sourced or applied to hired, for both positions and categories or departments.

  • Messaging Report
    Find out which team members are communicating with candidates, and how responsive your candidates are.

  • Questionnaires Report
    Check sending and receiving activity on questionnaires and export questionnaires to a CSV file.

  • Open Positions Report
    Keep tabs on open positions with quick candidate and team member stats.

  • EEOC / OFCCP Report
    Export candidate EEOC and/or OFCCP information to a CSV file.

  • Dispositions
    View and export disposition data.

  • GDPR
    View the number of candidates deleted by position due to GDPR expiration.

  • Check the status of eSignature requests and offers your team has sent.

  • Get a summary of offer and position approvals generated by your team.
