Navigating to Your Reports

On the Breezy sidebar,Β locate the Reports tab and click it to access your company reports.

Company Wide Reporting Access

Heads up: Company Reporting is only available to Company Admins. If you're a Hiring Manager, you'll be able to see the stats available on positions you manage. For more on access, check out the Breezy Permissions Table.

Available Reports

The Reporting/Analytics tab in Breezy gives you ten different categories of reporting to choose from, listed on the left side of your reports page. In the links below, we’ll dive into each reporting category, and tell you more about the information they display and how you can use that information to your advantage.

In each reporting category, you'll be able to select both the timeline of the report and the specific position you want to report on, if applicable.

  • Overview Report
    These are the highest of your high-level company recruiting metrics.

  • Applied Candidates
    Where are your high-quality applications coming from?

  • Sourced Candidates
    How well is your team directly sourcing talent into your pipelines?

  • Referred Candidates
    Referred Candidate Reporting will show you how well your Employee Referral program is working, from a few different perspectives

  • Pipeline Performance
    Here's where you can see how well candidates are moving through your pipelines, and spot where you might be able to clear some bottlenecks.

  • Time to Fill Report
    Use the Time to Fill Report to see how long it takes a candidate to move from sourced or applied to hired.

  • Messaging Report
    Who's communicating with your candidates? Which candidates are talking back? πŸ˜‰

  • Questionnaires Report
    Whether you use Questionnaires to extend your application or to qualify candidates later in your pipeline, their surrounding metrics can bring valuable insights to your recruiting process.

  • Open Positions Report
    Take the pulse of your most current recruiting metrics with the Open Positions Reporting

  • EEOC / OFCCP Report
    Easily understand and export your EEOC/OFCCP compliance details here.
