Structured feedback with Scorecards

Scorecards are a collection of sections with defined criteria you'd like your team to evaluate candidates on. They​ are are a great way to get consistent feedback from your hiring team in a way that's specific to an individual position.

  • Create and manage your Scorecards from the Scorecards option in the top right menu.
  • Assign them to specific positions on the Application Form tab when editing a position.

How Scorecards work​

When you create a Scorecard and associate it with a position everyone on the Hiring Team for that position will see that scorecard criteria when the click the Your Scorecard button on a candidate.

Hiring Managers will see the Scorecards tab on the right-hand side of the Candidate Profile.

There, they're able to see all of the feedback captured from the Hiring Team.

After your teammates score the candidates individually, Breezy will calculate an overall score and keep it visible near their profile photo. The score will follow them around throughout Breezy and can be used to compare candidates against each other in an objective way.
