Here's where you can customize the information you're collecting from your applicants. It's the second tab on the left after you click the blue +Add Position button from your Position View.
Enable, disable, and mark fields as required for applicants with a click – green means that option is currently active, gray denotes that it's disabled.
Breezy uses custom Questionnaires to help you screen your candidates. After the cover letter field in the Application form tab, you'll see a section called Available Questionnaires.
If your team has created any Questionnaires to Extend Your Application, you can add them to the application form from the drop-down.
If you're a Company Admin, you can create a new Questionnaire in the same area – just click the blue + Add Questionnaire link.
You can use Questionnaires in a whole host of different ways, so if you're interested in using them to screen your candidates, head on over to the resource that describes how to Auto- Move Candidates Based on Answers to get one set up (no worries – it doesn't take long at all).
If you don't want to take advantage of Questionnaires at this time, or if you're otherwise all set with Breezy's default options, go ahead and click the green button to Activate your position! We'll send it to the appropriate free Job Boards to get the word out right away.
