Best part? No code or designer required!
Custom CSS & Javascript available
We like to keep things easy for you, so you don't need to code to make a gorgeous Career Portal. But if you want to add a third-party tracking code or some CSS to make your Portal just perfect, add it in the final tab of your Career Portal settings.
If you're a Company Admin, get started by selecting the β gear icon located on the sidebar. From there choose Recruiting Preferences and then Career Portal Settings.

This is what the Career Portal Settings looks like.

Pick your Template
Breezy offers two types of career portal layouts, Simple and Bold.
- The Simple portal has a minimalist, clean design and gets straight to the point.
- The Bold portal makes an impact with the ability to add vibrant color and optional features like photo galleries, perks, testimonials and more. This template is the most popular.
Both portals are mobile optimized, so they loβok and function like a dream β no matter what type of device your candidates are viewing them from! π²
Change the Appearance
Once you've picked your template, you'll want to upload your logo. The logo will be displayed on a white background, so try to choose a logo with color for contrast.
When you upload your logo, Breezy automatically generates a color palette that's complimentary to your brand colors. You can customize the colors further if you'd like, it's up to you!
Adding in your own Hero Picture allows you to keep your own branding and image. All you need to do is upload the perfect picture, then adjust it to fit the color overlay size.

Social Sharing
By default, we do a pretty good job of showcasing your openings when you share them via social media. But sometimes you want to make them your own, we get it.
Use the social sharing tab to change the language and images used when you share Breezy links online.

Add your Messaging
If you're using the Bold template, candidates are going to see a nice large section near the top of your portal called the Hero. While we give you some nice default language, feel free to customize it with something that suits your employer brand.

Add your Perks
Share some perks that are unique, fun, or valuable parts of working with your company.
- Do you offer great healthcareβ? Share it!
- Have a ping pong table? Tell the world!
- Offer flexible work hours? Let them know!
Perks don't have to be a big deal but they're a good way of highlighting some of the best parts of your company.
Add your Testimonials
Do your employees have great things to say about working with you? Share them!
Only 3 testimonials are displayed at a time. If you add more, we'll randomize the 3 that are displayed each time the page loads.
Load Up Some Photo Galleries
Photo galleries are ideal for showing off your team. They give your candidates a behind-the-scenes look atβ what it's like to work with your company.
Psst: The best shots show actual employees while they're in the office.π

The gallery layout changes based on the number of photos that you upload. You'll need to add at least 3 and the ideal number is 8.
Additional Languages
Breezy supports multiple languages on our Career Portals. The currently supported languages are:
- English
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Italian

Add Custom CSS & Javascript
Need a little bit more personalization on your career portal? Or maybe a third party analytics tracking code? No problem.Β
You can add custom CSS and Javascript to your Career Portal in the final tab:
