Whether you're composing messages off-hours, or powering through a batch of messages ahead of a vacation, you know that right now is not always the best time to send an email or SMS message that you've just typed to your candidate.
Breezy lets you time the messages that you compose from the Candidate Profile to send at a predefined, later date. We'll also show you the queue of messages scheduled to send to any given candidate, so you don't have to worry about redundancy.

From the Email / SMS tab in the Candidate Profile, compose your message to the candidate. When you're ready to select a time to send it, click the clock icon to the right of Send Email/Send SMS.
You'll see a drop-down menu with a number of predefined timing options, from 30 seconds to one week. Select the option that suits you, and Breezy will queue your message for delivery at that time.
Once you've queued your message, you and your team will be able to see it inside the Email / SMS tab of the Candidate Profile.
From here, you can review, cancel, or choose to send the message now.
