If your company is required to comply with EEOC/OFCCP regulations, turn to Breezy's super-simple, automatic collection of EEOC/OFCCP data reporting. Start by Enabling EEOC / OFCCP Compliance, then come on back to these reports to understand and export the survey responses.
Breezy lets you export candidate EEOC and/or OFCCP information to a .CSV file, from all positions or on a per position basis.
Position Exporting Permissions
You must be an admin to view the EEOC report in the sidebar. Hiring Managers who are not admins can access reports within the reporting tab for positions they are assigned to.
This really couldn't be easier: Select the position you'd like to export details from in the drop-down menu on the left, select your time range, and click Export Data Per Candidate CSV to get a .csv export of your EEOC / OFCCP data.
Choose the All My Positions options to export data on every position.
