When you “follow” a candidate in Breezy, you’ll be notified about activity on their profile. So, you'll never miss their communications, a move to a new stage, or a note from a teammate (even if they didn't @-mention you).
Anyone on the hiring team for a position can follow the candidates in its pipeline. They’ll get notifications for any info they have access to with their hiring team role.
How to follow a candidate
You can opt to follow (or unfollow) a candidate from their profile, or from their candidate card in a position’s pipeline view.
Open a candidate’s profile or a position pipeline.
Click the Follow icon (signal) near their name.
As long as your user settings include candidate notifications, you’ll receive updates in your email and your Breezy inbox.
When you’re ready to move a candidate off your radar, just head to the same spot and click the same button to unfollow. You’ll still receive any notifications that are part of your role on the hiring team, but not the extra details about profile activity.
