There are several ways you can move candidates to different stages in the pipeline.
Hiring Manager permission is required to move candidates between stages.

Drag and drop candidates into a new stage
The easiest way to move candidates to another stage is to drag and drop their candidate card in the position’s Pipeline view.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click Pipeline near the top of the window.
Click the candidate’s card and drag it to the correct stage.
Change stages from a candidate’s profile
You can move a candidate to a new stage while viewing their profile.
Locate the candidate with a search or from a position or pool.
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click Change Stage in the upper-right corner.
Select the stage you’d like to move the candidate to.
Move multiple candidates at once
You can move multiple candidates to a different stage in the position’s Candidate view.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click Candidates near the top of the screen.
Click the checkbox next to each candidate you’d like to move.
Click the move icon (double arrow) near the top of the window.
Select the stage you’d like to move the candidates to.
Click Move.
