Your Recruiting Privacy Notice in Breezy is related specifically to recruitment, rather than a more general company privacy policy.
It's designed to describe how and why you're requesting or gathering candidate information and should be easy to understand for all candidates, rather than a complex legal document.
Breezy’s made it simple for you to define and share your Recruiting Privacy Notice with candidates.
Privacy Notice requirements
You can customize your Recruiting Privacy Notice in your GDPR Settings. We've provided a default notice to use as a starting point for your own.
Your Privacy Notice should include:
How long your organization intends to store the candidate’s data. If it’s not possible to provide an exact length of time, then explain the criteria used to determine the period.
How candidates can withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data.
How candidates can request corrections or access to their data, or ask for it to be deleted from your system.
Who candidates should contact if they want to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data.
