Hiring Manager Required
To schedule an interview, you must be a Hiring Manager for the position and the candidate must have an email address entered.
To schedule a candidate interview, click the 🗓 calendar icon in the top, right-hand corner of the candidate profile. Choose a date and time then, like most traditional scheduling tools, you'll enter the meeting title, location, and details.
Breezy also gives you the ability to schedule multiple interviews with a candidate, all at once. You can select different times and interviewers for each meeting as well as dictate whether they are video interviews or request scorecards. Just click + Add Interview.
Unsure if an interviewer is available for a meeting? Just click the magnifying glass 🔍next to availability and you'll see their available times.
Not only will we check your Breezy calendar, but if your Interviewers have their Google or Outlook calendars integrated with Breezy, we'll also display information from that calendar as well.
After clicking Continue, you can compose the email to the candidate. We'll give you a sensible default, which includes an overview of the various meetings they'll be involved with.
Use the "Save as Template" button in the bottom left to save the information you've defined as a interview template you can re-use again later.
To reschedule an interview, open the candidate's card and click the Reschedule link at the top of the card. This will re-open the invite flow so you can make your changes.
To see a calendar view of all scheduled interviews for a position, open the position pipeline and click the Calendar link in the right-hand corner. Now you can see an overview of all scheduled interviews.
