You can share candidates’ info in a few ways, whether you just want to get extra input from your team or want to consider a candidate for different positions.

How to share a candidate

If you’d like to send a candidate’s info to someone outside your hiring team—or even outside your company—you can create a link to share their resume and contact info.

To share a candidate:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.

  3. Click Share Candidate.

  4. Choose whether to include access to the candidate’s scorecard, team discussion, or questionnaires.

  5. Click Generate Link.

You can send the link to anyone via email, text, or other message. When they click the link, they’ll be asked to validate their email address. Once they do, they’ll be able to see a summary of the candidate’s info, along with any other info you included access to.

Note: The share candidate link doesn’t provide access to Breezy. Unless they’re already on your Breezy account, the recipient of the link won’t have access to any other position or candidate details.

How to print a candidate’s profile

If you’re a fan of pen and paper, you can easily print a simplified version of your candidate’s resume with their contact info. (A hard copy of the profile comes in handy for in-person interviews.)

To print a candidate’s profile:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.

  3. Click Print Candidate.

  4. Follow the prompts to print.

How to copy a candidate to another position

If you’d like to consider a candidate for more than one job, you can copy their resume and contact info to another position or pool. The original profile will stay with the original position, complete with questionnaire responses, team discussion, scorecards, and other info associated with that job.

To copy a candidate to a different position or pool:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.

  3. Click Copy.

  4. Select a position or pool from the dropdown.

  5. Select a stage to add the candidate to.

  6. Choose whether to apply stage actions, if any.

  7. Click Copy Candidate.

How to switch between multiple profiles

If a candidate has profiles associated with different positions, each position will appear on the Other Places dropdown in the details section of their profile. Just click on the dropdown to switch between profiles.

Note: Hiring Managers and Members can only switch to profiles that are associated with other positions they have access to.

To toggle between a candidate’s profiles:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the Other Places dropdown on the right-hand side of the window.

  3. Select the correct position.

The view will change to the profile associated with the position you chose.
