Need to see how well is each member of your team sourcing new talent into your pipelines? Breezy breaks down each teammate's performance, with columns that show:
Total Sourced candidates
Previous Total (from the timeframe you've selected)
The percentage of change in total candidates from the previous to the current timeframe
Average Score per candidate
Previous Average Score
The percentage of change in averages scores from the previous to the current timeframe
Position Overview
In the Position Overview section, you can see the total candidates recruited, by position, with a comparison to the previous period (based on the timeframe you’ve selected).

Candidate Score History by Sourcer
Wondering how well a certain teammate was sourcing at this time last year? Was someone sourcing great quality candidates in June, but not in October? What were they doing differently?
The Candidate Score History section can help you understand the quality of sourced candidates (determined by the Scorecards submitted). Grouping by sourcer and plotting scores on a timeline can show you trends in candidate quality to help you see which teammates are adding the best-received candidates, and when.
Candidate Score by Sourcer
Using Scorecards data, the Candidate Score by Sourcer section shows you who is sourcing the hires that your team loves best. Use this report in conjunction with the more volume-focused reporting in the Candidate Volume by Sourcer section to get a clearer picture of your sourcing funnel's effectiveness.
