Have you ever wished you could have all of your candidate's information at your fingertips during an interview? Not just their resume, but also their social profiles, that awesome Scorecard your team set up, and any documents you've already gathered from them?
That's exactly what we thought!
Breezy Video Interviews offer way more than just a way to connect with candidates who can't make it to the office (though they're great for that, too). They make it simple to organize a live video meeting with your whole team, plus the candidate, all while keeping the necessary candidate information ready and available to those who need it.
Safari 11+ (Only Safari supported on iOS devices)
Internet Explorer 11(IE Edge is not currently supported)
It's as easy to schedule a Video Interview as it is to schedule any meeting in Breezy. This time around, you're just going to click Yes when we ask if you'd like the meeting you're scheduling to be in video format.
If you're looking to revisit your video interviews, make sure to enable the option to Record Meeting so that you or your team can review the interview later. That's all there is to it! We'll archive the video in the Candidate Profile's Documents tab (more on that in a sec).
Once you've sent you the Meeting Request off to the Candidate, a Video Meeting link will appear on all participant calendars. That link will become active five minutes before the meeting's scheduled start, and will deactivate 30 minutes after the meeting's scheduled end (so don't gossip too much! 😜).
As a member of the hiring team, you'll have access to the candidate's information – resume, experience, documents, and Scorecard – right there on your Breezy screen throughout the video.
You can also add Notes to the candidate and discuss the candidate as a team right there, during the interview! The won't be able to see any of the actions you take – unless you make a face while you're doing it. That they'll see!
When you want to better digest the interview, to make sure you understood all those clever responses and excellent points your candidate made, jump into the Candidate Profile and head to their Documents tab.
Select the video you want to watch from the available attachments, then sit back and enjoy the show! 🎥
