Breezy's integration with Zoom makes it easy for your team to include Zoom meeting links when scheduling video interviews or creating scheduling links.
How to enable the Zoom integration
You can enable the Zoom integration from your User Settings:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click User Settings.
In the Profile section, scroll to General Integrations.
Click Enable under Zoom Video Interviews.
A Zoom sign-in window will open. Follow the prompts to connect your account.
You can allow other members of your Hiring Teams to host meetings with your Zoom account. Enabling this lets other people assign you as the host and conduct meetings you’re the host for, even if you’re not present.
To allow your account to be used to host:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click User Settings.
In the Profile section, scroll to General Integrations.
Click the gear icon under Zoom Video Interviews.
Click Enable under Zoom Settings.
How to schedule a Zoom video meeting
You can schedule a Zoom video interview the same way you schedule any meeting in Breezy. Once Zoom is connected to your Breezy account, Zoom Video will be listed as a video interview option. When you choose Zoom, you can then select a host for the meeting.
Once scheduled, the video link included in the meeting invite will launch a Zoom meeting for all participants.
The video meeting link is active from five minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start until 30 minutes after the meeting is scheduled to end.
Candidate info will not be displayed in a Zoom window. You can open Breezy in another tab or window to access candidate info and other tools during an interview.
You can enable recording within Zoom during the meeting, not when scheduling the interview in Breezy.
Meetings recorded in Zoom are not automatically uploaded to Breezy.
